Do you find any problems in these ways of resolving problem about food all over the world?

1. propose organizations to investigate and act on balancing and rationing the price of commodity and removing trade barriers between Africa, South America and other parts of the world including establishing a pricing system that subsidizes food for the poor
2. Establish an organization that protects farmers’ income and their economic welfare as well as reducing the incidence of monopoly power by large foreign buyers
3. Experts on climate change should be employed to build climate models in order to predict the best time for crops in each country.
4. Condemn governments with little help for their people’s hunger eradication . Punishments for monopolization of food and hoarding food should be approved
5. raise awareness of hunger and food-insecurity

Yeah, this is some stuff I thought of from the top of my head. I don’t know if it helps.

It doesn’t address foreign dept.
The countries in charge of it will do little to actively achieve these goals financially and not put it first in their political agendas.
I think the research is problematic itself. Firstly because it would be just as expensive as trying to challenge costs of food and secondly because the results would be unpredictable and time consuming.
I believe their is awareness of poverty but it’s often with people who don’t have government authority.
