This Whole Campaign Reminds me of the Movie Trading Places.Think of both party’s this way.
Mortimer (Republicans) and Randolph (Democrats) Duke are commodity brokers who enjoy a little wager now and then. The fabulously wealthy but morally bankrupt Duke brothers make a one-dollar bet over heredity (Republicans) vs. environment (Democrats).
How can anyone that comes from privileged backgrounds care for any common person? There are more common people in America than privileged. Watching the RNC I didn’t see anyone the average american could relate to as opposed to the DNC.
The Republicans are playing with our lives!
The Privileged Republicans are out of touch with us (Just like Mortimer) who are living day to day. They (Duke brothers) are not effected by the economy in ways that common families are. So they can’t feel the same level of concerns for every day progress!
McCain’s choice of Palin is the Republicans bet that America is so superficial all it takes is an Pretty inexperienced Woman to distract us from a minimum experienced Black man. The reason Barack has minimum experience is because he’s a fast learner and moves up quickly he’s that good. He’ll make mistakes and learn fast. McCain is old and set in his ways (Just like Mortimer) and will be just as stubborn as Bush. How does that help us?
Cold Hard Fact: Some of my comparisons to the movie were taken too literal but I like the way you present your argument.
Objection Sustained!
