How would a budding internet entrepreneur go about founding an online stock brokerage firm?

I am 18 years old and I have tried many online stock, currency and commodity trading/investing brokerages, but still think there are many things that really could be improved for all of the ones I’ve looked at I think.
I have lots of very good ideas that could create a brilliant, easy to use by all, efficient internet brokerage firm that even has some ideas that haven’t even been thought of yet I don’t think. What I want to know is how would I go about starting such an online venture within the next 5 years?
