Which is the best currency to trade US Dollars for?

I was thinking currency from these countries:
Kuwait, Baharian, Oman, Latvia, UK, Falklands Islands, Gibraltar, Saint Helena, Jordan, European Union, Azerbaijan, Cayman Islands, or Cuba

Which of these currencies is considered worthless outside their country, and which are good to trade for?

Well, one thing to consider, the Great Britain Pound is the currency that is high in value. It’s worth more than any other currency on the planet right now. It’s even worth more than the Euro. I would definitely go with the UK, that’s just my opinion. Ask a professional for help.
